Cleveland, Ohio (January 31, 2011) – The newly designed Web site of Ross PPD Corporation goes live today on the World Wide Web. Rossppd.com aims to extend the reach of the divisions of Ross to its existing and future clients. The new Web site features expanded content, graphics, and soon will include video clips related to its capabilities. The site is blog based and incorporates bold colors and graphics with completely new navigational tools.

Mayfly Capital invests in Ross Printing Co. to form Ross PPD Corporation.

Cleveland, Ohio (July 27, 2010) – Ross Printing Co., a commercial printing and paperboard packaging manufacturer primarily servicing the medical device industry, has been recapitalized in a transaction sponsored by Mayfly Capital and underwritten by Huntington National Bank for an undisclosed amount.

As a part of the recapitalization, a new company will be formed, Ross PPD Corporation. Charlie Kim, Principal Mayfly Capital LLC, has been appointed CEO of the new company and will lead and direct its five-year strategy plan. The existing management team at Ross will remain in charge of the day-to-day operations. To better serve its existing and future clients, Charlie initiated a technology and infrastructure investment along with the creation of three divisions: consumer packaging, specialty printing, and research and development. “Each division will have a dedicated manager with extensive industry experience. Each division will leverage the shared services infrastructure in order to foster innovation and collaboration while maintaining low overhead,” commented Chul Kim, President of Operations.
